Common FAQs
FlexiLease is an open-end service, meaning that there is no minimum time period for your lease. You can return the vehicle at any time you want. In case you return the vehicle before the completion of 18 months of rent, a penalty of two months’ rent applies.

The security deposit requested for FlexiLease is 2 months rent. In order to start the lease you will need to pay the security deposit plus the first month of the lease in advance. The security deposit is refundable with the return of the vehicle at any point after the completion of 18 months of rent.
The price includes right of use of the vehicle, third party insurance, 25,000 KMs per year, all service and maintenance costs, all administration costs and 24/7 road assistance.
The insurance excess is 900 EURO. Options to reduce insurance excess are available.
All FlexiLease payments are facilitated by our automated payment system operated by GoCardless. The payment through this system is mandatory.

The car must be serviced once a year. It is the responsibility of the driver to arrange the service of the vehicle according to the service guidelines provided by ASG.
Any driver with a driving license active for three years or more and between the ages of 25 to 70.
All FlexiLeaes vehicles are sourced from our Europcar fleet and are readily available. Delivery of the car should be completed within a maximum of 7 working days.
The lease period begins with the delivery of the vehicle to the driver. The day of delivery will be considered the first day of lease.
